At A Event Hire, we provide reliable, flexible delivery and collection services for event furniture, exhibition equipment, interactive games and event hire products throughout the UK.

Based near Coventry in the West Midlands, we offer nationwide delivery and collection for exhibitions, corporate events, conferences, festivals, weddings, schools and private functions.

With over 25 years of industry experience, we understand the importance of getting your equipment delivered at the right time and collected efficiently after your event.

Our Delivery Options

We offer several delivery options to accommodate different event schedules and venue requirements:

  • Standard Delivery: 8:00am – 6:00pm

  • AM Delivery: 8:00am – 1:00pm

  • PM Delivery: 1:00pm – 6:00pm

  • Timed Delivery: Pre-arranged two-hour delivery slots

  • Out-of-Hours Delivery: Early mornings, evenings, overnight and weekends by arrangement

Specific delivery windows, timed services and out-of-hours arrangements may incur additional charges and are subject to availability.

Nationwide Event Equipment Delivery

We deliver throughout the UK, including Birmingham, Coventry, Warwickshire, Solihull, Leicester, Northampton, Nottingham, Oxford, Milton Keynes, London, Manchester, Liverpool, Leeds, Bristol, Sheffield and Cardiff.

Our delivery service covers Event Furniture Hire, Bean Bags, Picnic Benches, Poseur Tables, Bar Stools, exhibition games, Crowd Barrier Hire, Gazebo Hire and Christmas Props.

Kerbside Delivery & Equipment Installation

Our standard delivery service is kerbside only, to the nearest safe and accessible unloading point.

If you require equipment to be carried into a venue, positioned on an exhibition stand, assembled or installed, this must be arranged and agreed before your delivery date.

Additional charges may apply for installation, dismantling, long carrying distances, stairs, restricted access or additional labour.

Access & Delivery Requirements

To help ensure a successful delivery, customers must provide:

  • Safe and suitable vehicle access

  • Adequate parking and unloading space

  • A clear, accessible delivery area

  • Details of any stairs, lifts or restricted access

  • Venue loading instructions, security requirements or booking references

  • A contact person available to receive the equipment

Please notify us of any access restrictions when requesting your quotation.

Customers are responsible for arranging any necessary parking permissions, loading permits or vehicle access authorisations.

Exhibition & Conference Venue Deliveries

We regularly arrange deliveries for events at major UK exhibition and conference venues, including the NEC Birmingham, ICC Birmingham, ExCeL London, Olympia London, Manchester Central, ACC Liverpool and Coventry Building Society Arena.

Please provide your event name, hall number, stand number, build-up dates and any venue-specific delivery instructions.

Where required, we can arrange delivery around exhibition build-up and breakdown schedules, subject to venue access restrictions.

Equipment Collection After Your Event

Unless a dismantling or collection service has been agreed in advance, all equipment must be clean, complete, dismantled where applicable and ready for collection.

Equipment must be returned to the original delivery point unless alternative arrangements have been agreed.

Additional charges may apply if equipment is not ready, has been moved, requires extra labour or results in an unsuccessful collection.

Delivery Charges

Delivery and collection charges are calculated according to your location, equipment requirements, access arrangements and requested delivery times.

Any additional services, including timed deliveries, installation, carrying or out-of-hours collection, will be included in your quotation where agreed.
