Our Real Exhibition Trees & Plants
Real Olive Tree Hire
Real Olive Trees are a popular choice for exhibition stands, corporate events and hospitality spaces.
Our range includes approximately 4ft and 7ft–8ft olive trees, subject to availability.
Their natural foliage and distinctive appearance make them particularly suitable for premium exhibition stands and Mediterranean-inspired displays.
Use olive trees around stand entrances, reception areas or alongside modern meeting furniture.
Real Bay Tree Hire
Real Bay Trees provide a smart, traditional appearance for exhibitions and corporate events.
Available in approximately 4ft and 6ft sizes, bay trees are particularly effective when positioned in pairs around exhibition entrances.
They can also be used beside registration desks, reception counters and corporate hospitality areas.
Real Kentia Palm Hire
Kentia Palms are ideal for adding tropical-style greenery to exhibition stands.
Our approximately 6ft real Kentia palms can help create attractive meeting areas and relaxed corporate hospitality spaces.
Combine palms with Exhibition Sofas for a comfortable lounge-style environment.
Real Ficus Tree Hire
Real Ficus Trees are suitable for modern exhibition stands, reception areas and event displays.
Our approximately 6ft ficus trees provide natural green foliage and can be positioned around meeting spaces or along stand boundaries.
Real Strelitzia Plant Hire
Real Strelitzia Plants, also known as Bird of Paradise plants, provide distinctive tropical foliage.
Our approximately 6ft plants are suitable for contemporary exhibition stands, corporate hospitality and decorative event displays.
Real Buxus Plant Hire
Buxus Plants provide a neat, structured appearance for entrances, reception areas and event displays.
They can be used alongside other real trees to create coordinated greenery.
Real Trees for Exhibition Stand Entrances
Using two matching trees around an exhibition stand entrance can create an attractive and welcoming first impression.
Popular options include:
For larger stands, trees can also be positioned beside reception counters or used to define separate meeting areas.
Real Plants for Exhibition Meeting Areas
Natural plants can help make exhibition meeting spaces feel more comfortable and welcoming.
Combine real trees with:
For example, two Kentia palms positioned beside a sofa and coffee table can help create an informal hospitality area.
Alternatively, olive trees can complement contemporary meeting tables and chairs.
Real Tree Hire for Small Exhibition Stands
For a typical 3m × 3m exhibition stand, one or two smaller real trees can provide greenery without taking up too much space.
Approximately 4ft olive or bay trees may be suitable for compact spaces, depending on their overall spread and the stand layout.
Positioning plants near the back corners or beside reception furniture can help preserve visitor access.
Real Trees for Larger Exhibition Stands
For 3m × 6m exhibition stands and larger spaces, several real trees can create a coordinated natural display.
Consider using:
-
Two taller olive trees around the entrance
-
Bay trees beside reception counters
-
Kentia palms around hospitality areas
-
Ficus trees near meeting spaces
The right combination will depend on your stand size, available floor space and the appearance you want to achieve.
Real or Artificial Exhibition Plants?
Both real and artificial plants can work well at exhibitions.
Real plants provide natural foliage, texture and an authentic appearance. They are particularly suitable for premium displays and events where natural greenery is part of the design.
Artificial plants offer a maintenance-free alternative and can be particularly useful for longer events or areas where natural light and plant care are limited.
Browse Artificial Plants & Trees if you would prefer artificial greenery.
