A Event Hire Ltd offers a reliable nationwide 24/7 delivery service using our own fleet of vehicles, ensuring your equipment arrives safely and on time, wherever your event is taking place.
If you require delivery, please let us know at the enquiry stage. Delivery arrangements and costs vary depending on location, timing, access requirements, and the type of equipment being hired.
Unless otherwise stated in your quotation, we provide full delivery and installation of all hired equipment. In some cases, delivery may be kerbside only, which will always be clearly specified at the time of booking.
Nationwide UK Delivery
We deliver throughout the United Kingdom and regularly supply equipment to major exhibition and event venues, including:
- The NEC Birmingham
- ExCeL London
- Olympia London
- Manchester Arena
- ACC Liverpool
In addition, we deliver to hundreds of wedding venues, corporate event spaces, schools, councils, and private locations across the country. No matter where your event is held, we can usually accommodate delivery.
Delivery Time Options
We understand that timing is crucial for events, so we aim to work around your schedule wherever possible. Delivery options include:
- Standard Delivery: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- AM Delivery: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
- PM Delivery: 1:00 PM – 6:00 PM
- Timed 2-Hour Delivery Slots: Available throughout the day
Please note: Out-of-hours deliveries and specifically timed delivery slots may incur additional charges.
Installation & Breakdown Service
We aim to provide a smooth, stress-free hire experience from start to finish, including:
- Order confirmation and planning
- Scheduled delivery
- Optional installation and setup
- Collection and breakdown after your event
Our professional installation service is available for selected equipment and is highly recommended for larger events, public spaces, schools, and exhibitions. Our experienced team will ensure everything is set up safely, correctly, and ready for use.
Pricing Disclaimer
All delivery and installation charges are provided at the time of booking and are based on:
- Location and distance
- Equipment type and quantity
- Delivery timing and access requirements
- Labour and manpower needed
Additional charges may apply for congestion zones, parking restrictions, or venue access fees where applicable.
We reserve the right to amend delivery charges in exceptional circumstances, including but not limited to extreme weather conditions, road closures, or unforeseen delays beyond our control.
