A Event Hire Ltd offers both collection and return from our depots in Warwickshire and Stockport, as well as a nationwide 24/7 delivery service using our own fleet of vehicles.
If you require delivery, please let us know at the enquiry stage, as delivery arrangements and costs vary depending on location, timing, and equipment type.

Certain items must be delivered, installed, and removed by our team for safety and insurance reasons. These include, but are not limited to:

We deliver throughout the UK and regularly supply equipment to major exhibition and event venues including:

Our optional installation service allows our experienced team to set up and dismantle some or all of the equipment you hire from us. This service is strongly recommended for larger events, public spaces, schools, and exhibitions.
